  6. WhoIs is a very fast C PFile that lets you type in a user's alias, real
  7. name, or UUCP ID (or any fragment thereof) and find out the other two
  8. missing pieces of information.  WhoIs also has a special argument letting
  9. you list ALL users with UUCP IDs on your BBS.
